Pool and Pool House

Situated on a cliff at the north end of a quiet, sandy beach off Kuruwitu Marine Conservancy,Vipingo, the house enjoys lovely views and gentle breezes. There is a wonderful 12 x 6m infinity pool with a covered pool deck where you will probably spend most of your time.  From 25,000/=pn

It has a mature garden and a fun sundowner deck just above the Indian Ocean set within the coral cliff.  Direct beach access is at low – mid tide. Fishermen bring freshly caught seafood to the door which you can get Reuben, the cook, to prepare or enjoy cooking one of your own dishes.

The house is on a stretch of beach with private houses so  the beach is relatively quiet compared to the Resorts along other parts of the Kenya Coast. Ideal place for families looking to spend some quiet time, snorkling in the Kuruwitu Marine Conservancy, playing games such as darts, chess etc provided in the house, walking along the beach.  The Conservancy offers boat rides to spot dolphins or to go fishing outside the reef/glass bottom boat/guided walks to the reef. (Steps down to the beach are relatively steep for the elderly/infirm.)

Golf is 10 minutes away on the famous, international 5 star Vipingo Ridge Golf course or you can have lunch or dinner at the club house and enjoy the views from one of the highest points of the ridge.
