The Project
The project was started by 4 local partners of European descent, all successful businessmen in both Kenya and internationally.

Vipingo Ridge Ltd started construction in 2005 with an 18 hole golf course, designed by David Jones, an Irish golf professional, champion and course designer. A brick wall surrounds 2360 acres, the roads are made of cabro blocks, it has it’s own power substation.

Buying a piece of this special place

You can buy either a house or opt to purchase a plot and build your own piece of paradise. There are 2 different types of plots – F plots are ones that are placed on the fairways of the course and are generally 1/2 acre. A plots are off the course and are generally approximately 1 acre.
