A beautiful 7 acre property, right on the shores of Diani Beach in Central Diani, within a short walk to the shops, bars & restaurants. There are 3 homes on this property with a shared pool.  The owner lives in one and the other 2 are rented on short term lets. You can keep to yourselves or mix with others as each house has it’s own privacy.

This two story house has 4 large bedrooms all en-suite, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. You will likely spend most of your time on the upstairs verandah overlooking the amazing views of the beach and ocean where there is a main seating area, dining table and a card table or on the downstairs verandah.   Inside has a large sitting room with TV and small, open plan kitchen.  Downstairs is another seating area and a 3rd spacious bedroom.

All rooms have Air-con and WiFi.

There are some friendly dogs on the compound so you must like animals.

The house has an up-market beach feel with abundant white surfaces and an array of textures embracing a mixture of cultures.

Price: £480 a night with a supplement over the Christmas season. Minimum stay 1 week over Easter and 2 weeks over Christmas. Maximum of 6 people.
