This house is perched on raised land which then goes down through a ‘mini-forest’ followed by an expansive garden and spills out onto the Kuruwitu beach. 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 with swimming pool.  A great place for family with kids. The garden and little forest is a piece of heaven for the adventurous child!

Set on the unspoilt beach of Vipingo, this large property borders the Kiruwitu Marine Park, arguably one of the best marine parks in the world. So an ideal place for the water lover and snorkelers. The kitchen is fully kitted out and has plenty of fridge and freezer space. Fresh seafood can be brought to the house by the local fishermen and local fruit can be bought to the house by local farmers. Or you can take a trip to Mtwapa where a new, large Tuskeys supermarket is situated, about a 20-30 minute drive away or visit the Tuskeys supermarket in Kilifi.

Activities on Kuruwitu beach are swimming, snorkeling, boat rides.  The renowned 5 star international 18 hole Vipingo Ridge Golf Resort is a 10 minute drive away.  A little further up you can visit Kilifi creek for sailing, water skiing and windsurfing on Kilifi.  It is a 40 minute drive into Mombasa town where you can visit the old town, Fort Jesus or do some curio shopping.

Vipingo House is ideal for families or those who want some peace.  No discos, bars or shopping centres close by!
